GDRP – General Data Protection Regulation

The EU’s regulation for privacy, The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), became Norwegian law in July 20, 2018. This means that we have new rules for privacy in Norway. The new regulations give companies new duties and individuals new rights.

Based on this change, we have updated our privacy policy and notices.

As an engineering company we do not process sensitive data of our customers and visitors who visit our website. It is only general personal data which is processed during the activities. To learn more about the type of information we process you can read our Privacy Policy.

Data Subject Access Request Form

This form should be used to submit a data subject request under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information you supply will only be used for the purposes of identifying the personal data you are requesting and for responding to your request, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’). It may be shared with our legal and administrative teams  for processing and preparing a response, and it will be stored securely until the relevant procedures are completed. 

In order to deal with your request we can ask for proof of identity and enough information to enable us to locate the personal data you request.
